1. Book a call, Text or WhatsApp for a quote before we drive to you. Or you can send us a picture of the garment and what you need done — we'll come back to you with a quote.2. We come to you. Fitting, pickup, and drop-off happen depending on availability — your home, your office, or your store.3. We deliver on your timeline. Standard turnaround, 3-5 days, 2 day urgency, or same-day service — a callout/express fee applies for urgent jobs.Minimum charge is $300 per visit plus fees.

I'm Rossalia
I started sewing at 7 years old, watching my grandmother work at her sewing machine. It wasn't long before I was making my own doll's clothes, then graduation in Arts & Fashion in my home town in Brazil.After living overseas for nearly 20 years, I built my own alteration and dry cleaning business in New Zealand. Along the way, I studied business and coaching, taught at Whitecliffe Fashion Technology and Auckland University and coached over 300 students. I worked with New Zealand Fashion Week and brands including World, Karen Walker, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Carlos Miele, and Kate Sylvester — across styling, merchandising, and fashion show production — and spent over 15 years hands-on in alteration, pattern making, and garment construction, including managing and training teams at across different Clothing Alterations businesses in Australia and New Zealand.Along the way, I noticed a gap. Premium customers — the ones who value quality and speed above everything else — couldn't rely on what was available to them. So I brought everything I'd learned & gather the top professionals in the industry into one place: Call the Tailor.
